Dr. Jyringi promotes celebrating good food and taking pleasure in meals as essential to well being. He also knows poor eating habits and lack of understanding contribute to obesity and a myriad of health problems. He spearheaded the addition of Ideal Protein to the clinic to offer an evidenced based, proven way to lose weight while developing eating habits that work. While completing the program himself, he significantly dropped his visceral fat and recognized the value of Ideal Protein as a way to make long term changes without feeling deprived.
He has been providing Chiropractic Care in the University District for over 20 years. In addition to his brand of gentle spinal care, he enjoys supporting anyone who is interested in achieving weight loss goals.*
Dr. Tibbitts believes that food is often times the best medicine but too much of the wrong kind can create imbalance. With the launching of The Center for Ideal Weight Loss he recognizes a whole new way to help patients. In his words, “Weight is a constant struggle for many of us and with the use of the Ideal Protein System we can guide you to better health and help you improve your relationship with food.”
One day I woke up and decided to stop wishing I looked/ felt better and start working on it. After having my son in May 2011 it was my goal to be the strongest, healthiest version of myself so I could better care for my family. I committed to working out regularly, omitting sugar, and following a mainly Primal diet. I am now a Trainer at CKO teaching regular classes, parent/kid and kid boxing classes. I am passionate about motivating others to get out of their comfort zone and to challenge them to be a better version of themselves.
I believe that achieving your ideal weight, ideal body and ideal lifestyle starts with you. If you don’t believe in yourself then no one else will. When she isn’t coaching about healthy diet, Sydney is teaching yoga. As a certified yoga instructor, she believes that the benefits of a healthy lifestyle are endless. She enjoys guiding others to reach their physical, mental and spiritual goals. Her health driven attitude allows her to stay motivated and is evident in her positive energy.
